@Xfinity @comcast are too detailed and unique and have to be answered by a human being. I want to know why is our bill back to the price it was before? I returned 2 of the cable boxes, canceled DVR service on my television and went with an offer that was supposed lower our bill.

We just cut our cable service by $100 a month. We’ve gone full streaming with Xfinity. Our internet speed is 1000 mbps. No local channels, but we can use a digital antenna for those. $1200 a year savings.

They also, up until two years ago, had dominion on specific zip codes (ex. in Houston, AT&T had 77002 and Comcast had 77003) so you didn’t have a choice in home ISP (eventhough Comcast is better but more expensive whereas AT&T is cheap but has worse service than the cellphones)

I call @Xfinity billing and they tell me I made a choice for the gift card. Which I never did. Ask them to take my @Target red card. They tell me they can't. It was their mistake. I ask them to fix the choice option since I was never told to make a choice.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport worked them for a year, they charged me a years phone service i did not receive, the internet repairs never worked and they would not send someone out to continue repairs of cracked lines that would not stay connected despite multiple requests & charged for 2 mo tv not received

@MarcusReports @Oriana0214 @TingInternet 3) Ting's market entry has got Verizon running around saying they too will deliver fiber to the home .... after ignoring Alexandria for oh, a decade. Expect Comcast to start offering deals and lower rates. Not sure how fast Comcast will improve customer service.
