I call @Xfinity billing and they tell me I made a choice for the gift card. Which I never did. Ask them to take my @Target red card. They tell me they can't. It was their mistake. I ask them to fix the choice option since I was never told to make a choice.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport With a half dozen requests for service and refunds, ignored in the past yr you have a serious problem with the Gig Harbor office, it really is fraudulent. May have been partially refunded today

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport worked them for a year, they charged me a years phone service i did not receive, the internet repairs never worked and they would not send someone out to continue repairs of cracked lines that would not stay connected despite multiple requests & charged for 2 mo tv not received

@MarcusReports @Oriana0214 @TingInternet 3) Ting's market entry has got Verizon running around saying they too will deliver fiber to the home .... after ignoring Alexandria for oh, a decade. Expect Comcast to start offering deals and lower rates. Not sure how fast Comcast will improve customer service.

Hey stream buddies... Comcast is currently doing line work on my neighbor's house which for some reason is bringing my connection down. I'm hoping it'll be back up and running by my usual stream time but fate is working against me.

@Xfinity has the ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIKE CALLING THEM. CALLS DISCONNECT, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME ERRONEOUSLY AND THE WAIT TIME IS EXCRUCIATING. THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION!
