Recently had my first dental visit at Crafted Dentistry of Fort Mill, and it was a fantastic experience. My check in experience was so easy and she immediately put me at ease. Brandi performed my cleaning, and she was great! Very thorough, even checked my neck for enlarged lymph nodes. She did a complete cleaning and at no point was I uncomfortable. I am used to a pretty significant amount of pain during the cleaning and I kept waiting for it, but it never came! She did a great job explaining certain keys to better dental hygiene at home. Dr. Satterlee was phenomenal as well. He was so down to earth and did a great job of summarizing the findings and how we should proceed. I am so glad that I have found them, and am looking forward to my next visit.

Very relaxing, and personable. I will recommend Crafted to everyone that needs any dental work! I had a great experience and feel the need to share that. Have no fear, Crafted Dentistry is here! Love them , mean it!

I enjoyed having my teeth cleaned here. Brittany was pleasant, efficient and competent. We enjoyed good conversation. Dr Eric adjusted a sore tooth and it immediately felt better. The instrumentation and technology along with skilled personnel makes diagnosis quick, easy and thorough. Great office.

I was nervous ahead of my first appointment at Crafted Dentistry after moving to a new area, but they were fantastic. I was taken in right on time, and the staff was warm and conversational from check-in at the front desk through to the final examination by the doctor. I have a hard time with getting x-rays done and my hygienist was so accommodating and understanding throughout. The cleaning was thorough and they took time to address any concerns or questions I had. I’m not at all dreading my next cleaning like I usually do with other offices.

I’ve had major dental phobia since childhood and, as a result, I developed significant dental issues. I was referred to Crafted Dentistry as Dr. Satterlee offers sedation dentistry. After an initial very thorough consultation, during which I was handled with utmost care and understanding, Dr. S developed a treatment plan that included extractions, root canals and crowns. I was extremely nervous but they made me very comfortable and the procedures were pain free. I am thrilled with the results and will be using them for my implant crowns as well. Doctor Satterlee and the entire team at Crafted Dentistry are consummate, caring professionals and provide exceptional care.

It was great, went smoothly and gave me a better understanding on whats happening with my teeth. My doctor was nice and very easy to talk to. I cant wait to come back!

I am having a root canal, one crown removed and two crowns out on. This has been one of the very best dentistry visits that I ever had.Dr Satterlee was awesome and I never felt a thing. He has a great practice there using the most modern equipment.And particularly a shout out to the assistant Roberta. She was just wonderful. So professional and attentive to me the patient. Her knowledge, thoughtfulness and kindness were above and beyond.Who would have ever thought that a root canal procedure could be a good experience. But thanks to Dr Satterlee and his staff it was.

I can't say enough great things about this place. From the modern, cute aesthetic down to the people from the front desk to the hygienists and the dentist. I was recommended this place by a friend, but was still hesitant to go due to my phobia of dentists. From the moment I walked in I had a calm feeling about the place. Britney was AMAZING. She made me feel calm, talked me thru everything, was knowledgeable, and gentle with my cleaning. Thank y'all so much, I think I just found my perfect dentist office!

I have been loyal and satisfied with my dentist since being on my parent’s insurance as a kid. I was also extremely happy that my childhood dentist was in network once I finished college and started my career. When I got married my wife has overall better insurance and it was best to just drop my coverages with my employer. Sad part is that my dentist was not in network under my wife’s insurance. For the past 4 years I have changed dentist 3 times trying to find a dentist that did a really good job because I take my oral hygiene very serious. Today I believe I just found the perfect fit for me. Crafted Dentistry not only cleaned my teeth that fit my expectations but the staff also educated me on some things I didn’t know and I really appreciated that. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here at Crafted and will be suggesting that my wife make the switch.

Very friendly staff. From the time I walked in I was greeted and offered something to drink. Then the hygienist was so sweet. She went over everything and even explained next steps. The dentist was attentive and very knowledgeable. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this location 😊
