Cashing Out

What is my Rewardify Wallet?

When you play one of our free to win apps, and enter into the Daily, Event, or Instant Win Sweepstakes, you may win prizes, which will be placed in a virtual wallet (your “Wallet”). Your current Wallet amount is viewable within the game by clicking the Piggy Bank icon on the home screen. Your Wallet is neither a bank account, nor a payment instrument.

How do I receive money if I win?

As you win cash rewards, your winnings are deposited in your “Wallet” within the game. (The Wallet icon is shown in the lower right corner.) Once you have at least $7 in your Wallet, you are eligible to cash out. All cash outs are handled via PayPal, which is free and easy-to-use. Tap the Wallet icon and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one at PayPal.com. If you enter an email not in use with an existing PayPal account, PayPal will send an email to that address that prompts you to create one.

Why do I need a PayPal account to receive my winnings?

We pay out all winnings via PayPal. PayPal is a safe, secure, and free service for you to use — we pay all standard transaction costs. PayPal offers additional services for additional charges, such as sending paper checks. Learn more about PayPal at www.paypal.com.

When should I expect my reward?

Large wins can take up to five business days to be fully processed. Smaller wins can take less time, and most are processed immediately.

If you haven’t received your winnings after five business days, please tap the Contact Us button and include the following:

  • Describe your device (e.g. make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff
  • Your full name and the email associated with your Facebook account, if you have used this account to authenticate your game and save your progress.

These details will help us to troubleshoot the issue.

Why is my Wallet not showing the correct amount?

Your winnings are safe! Here are some possible reasons your amount may appear incorrect.

You recently cashed out. Your Wallet will show a zero balance after you have begun the cash out process, even if the process is not yet complete.

You are experiencing problems connecting to our server (e.g. you have no Internet connection). For your security, we require all accounts to be connected to our servers to review their winnings. Please check your connection and/or signal strength and restart the game.

We may be experiencing technical difficulties. Should this occur, please know we are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. When they are resolved you can restart the game and your account will be restored.

If you still cannot access your winnings, please tap the Contact Us button with details about your account:

  • Describe the issue in as much detail as possible (e.g. what happening, how frequently the issue occurs, etc).
  • Describe your device (e.g. make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff
  • Your full name and the email associated with your Facebook account, if you have used this account to authenticate your game and save your progress.

These details will help us to troubleshoot the issue and get you back to the game!

​The Scratcher showed I won money, but it’s not in my Wallet.

Please note that you must get three matching symbols on your Scratcher to win a prize. If you only matched one or two symbols, the prize will not be valid.

If you feel you didn’t receive the correct prize, please tap the Contact Us button and provide the following details:

  • The amount you believe you won.
  • A screenshot of the win (if possible).
  • The date/time you won (and your time zone).
  • Describe your device (e.g. make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff
  • Your full name and the email associated with your Facebook account, if you have used this account to authenticate your game and save your progress.

These details will help us to fully investigate this matter and work to set things right.

Can I get paid out in gift cards for Amazon, Walmart, etc.?

Earlier versions of the game allowed users to win electronic gift cards for major retailers like Amazon and Walmart. This feature was removed in favor of increasing overall sweepstakes prizes. Currently, all prizes are cash and paid only through PayPal.

Gift cards may return to the game. Stay tuned!
